abstract | The present invention discloses a kind of preparation method of the carboxymethyl cellulose coated fertilizer of controllable permeability and biological degradability comprising the step of carboxymethyl cellulose and alkenyl succinic acid anhydride reactant are obtained modified carboxy methyl cellulose and the step of modified carboxy methyl cellulose is obtained coated fertilizer in the presence of crosslinking agent and catalyst with tape-casting.The present invention controls the grafting rate of alkenyl succinic anhydride and carboxymethyl cellulose reaction product, and the additive amount of control crosslinking agent by the alkenyl succinic anhydride of selection different chain length to regulate and control the permeability of coated fertilizer.The main body carboxymethyl cellulose of coated fertilizer and crosslinking agent anhydrous citric acid are nontoxic, biodegradable material in this method, the biological degradability of the additive amount also adjustable coated fertilizer by changing crosslinking agent.The slow-release fertilizer prepared using carboxymethyl cellulose coated fertilizer obtained in this method, is able to satisfy the demand of different plant growing cycles and growing environment. |
