titleOfInvention Method for removing fatty alcohol from colorless alkyl polyglycoside in preparation process
abstract The invention relates to a method for removing fatty alcohol from colorless alkyl polyglycoside in a preparation process, and belongs to the technical field of alcohol removal of alkyl polyglycoside. The method comprises the following steps of adding a surfactant into fresh leaf fat, leaching the leaf fat with acetic acid at different concentrations for mildewing after airtight fermentation, collecting hypha suspension, decomposing the hypha suspension in crude alkyl polyglycoside from which fatty alcohol is to be removed, and performing sterilization with hydrogen peroxide to remove the fatty alcohol without raising the temperature. Examples show that the method is simple and a process is safe and reliable; the fatty alcohol can be removed without raising the temperature, so that the problem of difficulty in decolorization caused by darkening and high production rate of caramel at high temperature is solved; moreover, compared with commercially available alkyl polyglycoside, the prepared alkyl polyglycoside has higher surface performance.
