titleOfInvention Method for treating mother solution in riboflavin sodium phosphate producing process
abstract A method for treating a mother solution in the riboflavin sodium phosphate producing process is characterized by comprising the following steps of riboflavin phosphorylation, mother solution collection, mother solution pretreatment and mother solution neutralization, wherein the diluted mother solution is slowly dropped into 1-2 times by amount of 30% sodium hydroxide water solution, cooling is kept with external cold water to control the alkali liquid temperature to be smaller than or equal to 50 DEG C, alkali liquid is monitored by using a pH meter in real time, and reaction is completed when a pH value range is 5-7. The method has the advantages that the mother solution obtained after phosphorylation reaction is collected, is diluted and then is treated, the same aprotic solvent is adopted to facilitate recycling, meanwhile the reaction violence degree is reduced when the diluted mother solution and the alkali liquid are neutralized, and the production dangerousness is greatly reduced in industrial production. Unreacted phosphorus oxychloride is neutralized through the treated mother solution, the toxicity and strong acidness of waste liquid are reduced, the waste liquid can be directly discharged into a sewage treatment tank, and the wastewater treatment cost of enterprises is reduced.
