abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for an antibacterial Houttuynia cordata cream. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing Houttuynia cordata extract; (2) preparing an oil phase; (3) preparing a water phase; and (4) heating the oil phase and the water phase in a water bath with a temperature of 70 to 80 DEG C, then adding the water phase into the oil phase, carrying out stirring and cooling to room temperature and adjusting a pH value to 6.5 to 7.5 so as to prepare the cream. The antibacterial Houttuynia cordata cream provided by the invention uses chloroform extract of Houttuynia cordata as a main component; the conventional dosage form of Houttuynia cordata is changed, and the antibacterial Houttuynia cordata cream is successfully prepared. In-vitro bacteriostatic experimental results show that the cream has good inhibitory effect on Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albus and Escherichia coli. Results of skin irritation and sensitization test on guinea pigs show that the cream has no irritation and sensitization to the skin and is safe and reliable. |
