The present invention describes methods and compositions for improving the efficacy of therapeutic agents previously limited by suboptimal therapeutic properties, such as by improving efficacy or reducing side effects of monotherapy. Such methods and compositions are particularly useful for mustard alkylating agents comprising 6-methyl uracil mustard and 6-ethyl uracil mustard, such as uracil mustard and analogs, derivatives or precursors thereof. |
