abstract | A kind of bearing calibration of continuous asymptotic expression (SAR) analog-digital converter (ADC) and its comparator error.In continuous asymptotic expression analog-digital converter, multi-sampling circuit samples an input voltage or a common-mode voltage into a sampled voltage.Sampled voltage is then input to comparator plus conversion voltage and error correction voltage.Comparator determines the polarity of the error of the aggregation of sampled voltage, conversion voltage and error correction voltage.Based on this polarity, converts voltage and error correction voltage carries out continuous asymptotic processing repeatedly to compensate the error of the aggregation of the input voltage after sampling or the common-mode voltage after sampling. |
