titleOfInvention Corrosion-resistant zipper
abstract The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant zipper which comprises a chain belt, wherein the longitudinal side edge of the chain belt is provided with chain teeth; the chain belt is prepared from fire resistant fibers; the chain teeth are made of metal; a chain tooth protective layer coats the chain teeth; and the chain tooth protective layer consists of the following components in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of p-tert-amyl phenol, 9.6 parts of polyamide resin, 1.2 parts of sodium oleate, 0.9 part of sodium hydroxyethyl sulfonate, 0.9 part of triethylamine, 1.3 parts of inositol hexaphosphoric acid, 1.3 parts of lanolin magnesium soap and 2.7 parts of modified polybutadiene resin. The corrosion-resistant zipper has excellent flame resistance, corrosion resistance, rust prevention and oxidization resistance.
