titleOfInvention | A method for the catalytic synthesis of cyclic carbonates by functionalized metal-organic framework materials |
abstract | The present invention proposes a method for catalytically synthesizing cyclic carbonates with functionalized metal-organic framework materials. The method uses carbon dioxide and epoxides as raw materials to synthesize cyclic carbonates under the catalysis of functionalized metal-organic framework materials. The functionalized metal organic framework material is NH 2 -MIL-101 modified by pyridine type ionic liquid. The epoxide is propylene oxide, epichlorohydrin, styrene oxide or cyclohexene oxide, preferably the mass ratio of the functionalized metal-organic framework material to the epoxide is 1:20-1:200, and the pressure of carbon dioxide 0.5 to 5 MPa, the reaction temperature is 50°C to 150°C, and the reaction time is 0.5 to 5 hours. The method provided by the invention has mild reaction conditions, no need to add soluble additives or organic solvents, high product yield, product and catalyst can be separated by centrifugation or filtration, simple process, low energy consumption, and catalyst reusability good. |
