Solution-sprayable OLED materials |
abstract |
The invention discloses a series of solution-sprayable OLED materials. The structure of this material is shown in Formula I. The material represented by the formula I is easily soluble in organic solvents and has good thermal stability, and can be used to prepare light-emitting devices in fluid manufacturing processes such as printing, dripping, coating, and printing. The organic electroluminescent device prepared by coating with this material has good power efficiency and high material utilization rate, which greatly reduces the manufacturing cost of OLED devices, and the method of material synthesis and purification is simple and suitable for large-scale production. It is an ideal choice as a light-emitting material for organic electroluminescent devices. The use of the organic electroluminescent diode material as a host material or a dopant material in the light-emitting layer or as a light-emitting material alone or as a hole-transport material or an electron-transport material is also within the scope of protection. |
