abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a special sulfonated bitumen solid acid catalyst for biodiesel. The preparation method comprises the steps that asphalt and concentrated sulfuric acid are added into a reaction vessel according to the weight ratio being 2:(1 to 30); after the stirring, the temperature is raised to any one sulfonation temperature between 50 DEG C and 95 DEG C; sulfonation products are obtained after the original temperature is maintained for 3 hours to 6 hours; the sulfonation products are washed by a saturated sodium chloride solution, and are put in a molybdenum wire furnace; under the nitrogen gas protection, the programmed temperature rise is performed to reach any one temperature between 300 DEG C and 450 DEG C; calcination is carried out for 2 to 5 hours to obtain a black solid; the obtained back solid is cleanly washed and dried, and an asphalt base solid acid catalyst is obtained. The preparation method has the advantages that the preparation process is simple; the raw material resources are rich; the cost is low; high catalytic activity is realized during the biodiesel preparation; in addition, the production process of the biodiesel is simplified; the cost is reduced; the recovery for repeated use can be realized; the generalizability is realized on oil materials such as various animal and plant grease, acid oil, swill-cooked dirty oil and the like; raw materials do not need strict pretreatment. |
