abstract | The invention relates to a touch screen sensor and a manufacturing method thereof, a touch screen, and a touch screen display device. The manufacturing method for the touch screen sensor comprises: a metal pattern forming process, on a substrate, forming a wiring pattern used for a touch sensor, a wiring pattern used for leading-out connected with the wiring pattern used for a touch sensor, and a pattern used for connection connected with the wiring pattern used for leading-out and a controller substrate, and the surface of each pattern, opposite to the substrate, being provided with a metal surface; a melanism process, under the condition that the metal surface of the pattern used for connection is not melanized, melanizing the metal surface of the wiring pattern used for a touch sensor; and a connection process, connecting the pattern used for connection with the controller substrate. The method can provide the touch screen sensor whose metal wiring is not easy to see and the conduction of the sensor substrate and the controller substrate is excellent. |
