titleOfInvention River sand burying type baijiu storage method
abstract The invention discloses a river sand burying type baijiu storage method. Improvement is performed in a targeted mode for the problems that in an existing baijiu storage method, indoor storage is slow in aging, outdoor storage cannot significantly improve the baijiu quality, cellar storage is poor in air ventilation, cave storage is few in existing cave and higher in cost, soil burying is not enough in oxidation and poor in baijiu quality, and case soil burying is small in storage quantity. The method comprises the step that baijiu is filled into bottles to be stored in a river sand mixture by utilizing the characteristics of the better water permeability and air permeability of river sand, simultaneously using the pharmacological characteristics of food such as eucommia ulmoides, radix astragali, sesame and cordate houttuynia and adopting the characteristics of the hydrophobicity and heat preservation property of charcoal. According to the river sand burying type baijiu storage method, the related actions of illumination, moisture, microorganisms, plant pharmacology and the like are fully taken into account, natural aging of the baijiu in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity environment full of plant pharmacological active substances and the microorganisms is accelerated, heaven, earth and material essence is fully absorbed in the aging process, and the effects of shortening the storage period, improving the baijiu quality, increasing the active substances, lowering the cost and the like are achieved.
