abstract A synthetic method for an intermediate m-nitrophenol of a sodium aminosalicylate medicine comprises the following steps: adding 230-330ml of water solution into a reactor provided with a stirrer, a thermometer and a dropping funnel, controlling the temperature of the water solution to be below 5 DEG C below 0, adding a certain amount of concentrated sulfuric acid slowly in batches, after adding, cooling to 20-30 DEG C, and adding a certain amount of 3-nitroaniline (2) in batches, after temperature is reduced to 10-15 DEG C, slowly adding a nitrite solution into the solution of the reactor to obtain heavy amine salt (3) for standby; adding 200-300ml of water solution into another reactor, adding a certain volume of concentrated sulfuric acid, heating the solution to 85-90 DEG C, slowing adding a heavy amine salt solution prepared in step (i), then pouring the solution into a water solution of 5 DEG C below 0, keeping the stirring speed at 300-1000rpm, after a solid is separated out, when the temperature is reduced to 20-25 DEG C, washing with a solvent, adding the washed solution into an acid solution for recrystallization to obtain a product m-nitrophenol.
