abstract | The invention relates to a cyclohexane oxidation tail gas energy utilization, organic solvent recovery and gas component separation recovery device in cyclohexanone production. The tail gas containing nitrogen, oxygen and organic components and having pressure is subjected to pressure reduction separation, doing work by expansion, membrane separation and the like to realize gas-liquid separation, the tail gas energy is fully utilized to do work, and useful gas components are recovered. The device provided by the invention can be applied to tail gas treatment of the cyclohexane oxidation process in cyclohexanone production, recovers cyclohexane, cyclohexanol and other organic components therein, reduces the raw material consumption of the device, and cuts down the discharge of organic matters to alleviate the environmental protection pressure, separates and purifies the nitrogen in the tai gas to realize resource recycling, and also can utilize oxidation tail gas to generate kinetic energy to serve as the running power of other equipment, thus reducing energy consumption. |
