The tower top is connected with a reflux drum, the reflux drum is connected with a reflux pump, the reflux pump is connected with the azeotropic rectifying tower through a reflux pipeline, a tower body is connected with a filter, the filter is connected with a raw material inlet, the tower kettle is also connected with the filter, and the filter is further connected with an MTBE outlet. By designing the reflux pump, the reflux quantity or the reflux ratio of the tower top is controlled precisely, and accordingly energy consumption is reduced. By designing a heater and a condenser, the temperature of a sensitive point at the tower bottom of the azeotropic rectifying tower is precisely controlled, the temperature of the sensitive point is reduced as much as possible under the condition that the purity of MTBE is guaranteed, and the energy-saving function is achieved. The azeotropic rectifying tower device is improved on the basis of original MBTE production equipment, and has the advantages of being low in cost, convenient to operate and easy to obtain. |
