titleOfInvention | Crown-gall prevention and treatment agent for apple tree and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a crown-gall prevention and treatment agent for an apple tree and a preparation method thereof. The agent comprises sophora flavescens, rhubarb, cortex phellodendri, baikal skullcap root, Coptis chinensis, common andrographis herb, stemona root, heydyotis, folium artemisiae argyi, Alisma Orientalis and Desmodium styracifolium. The agent is prepared by weighing desired amounts of the above-mentioned components, respectively grinding the components into fine powder, then carrying out extraction with ethanol, dissolving a prepared ethanol extract with distilled water so as to prepare a mother liquor with a concentration of 80%, diluting the mother liquor with clear water in different proportions when the mother liquor is used for crown-gall prevention and treatment, subjecting the diluted mother liquor to spraying to a trunk part and irrigating to a root part for crown-gall prevention, and replacing old soil with new treated soil for crown-gall treatment. After use, the crown-gall prevention and treatment agent can effectively prevent attack of a crown gall disease, has good curative effects on a crown-gall-attacked fruit tree, and reaches a cure rate of more than 95%. |
