abstract | Provided is a solid-state imaging device comprising: color pixels each including a first photoelectric conversion element and a color filter; white pixels each including a second photoelectric conversion element and a transparent layer; and an interlayer insulating film disposed on the first photoelectric conversion element between the conversion element and the color filter, and between the second photoelectric conversion element and the transparent layer. A color filter is provided on the light entry side of the first photoelectric conversion element. The transparent layer is provided on the light entry side of the second photoelectric conversion element. The transparent layer has a higher refractive index than that of the color filter, and includes an inorganic dielectric film made of a material different from that of the interlayer insulating film. |
