The heat-resistant corrosion-resistant high-strength material comprises, by weight, 70-90 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 10-20 parts of fluororubber, 10-30 parts of hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 5-15 parts of an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer, 60-80 parts of a composite filling material, 0.5-1.5 parts of gamma-trimethoxysilylpropyl glycidyl ether, 25-35 parts of trimethyl trimellitate, 25-35 parts of trioctyl trimellitate, 15-25 parts of micro-encapsulation red phosphorus, 15-25 parts of zinc borate, 10-15 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 2-4 parts of dicumyl peroxide, 0.2-0.3 parts of 2-phenylimidazole, 0.3-0.5 parts of a promoter D, 0.5-1 part of dibutyltin dilaurate, 4-5 parts of a rare earth stabilizing agent, 0.3-0.5 parts of an antiager 264, 0.2-0.4 parts of an antiager 445 and 2-4 parts of polyethylene wax. The heat-resistant corrosion-resistant high-strength material has good heat resistance, good corrosion resistance and high strength. |
