abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method for stuffed pumpkin with sea cucumber. The stuffed pumpkin with sea cucumber is composed of sea cucumber, raw ginger, fresh lentinus edodes, pumpkin, oatmeal and milk. Concretely, the following food materials are combined according to the following proportions: 50-80 g of sea cucumber, 10-15 g of raw ginger, 50-70 g of fresh lentinus edodes, 30-50 g of oatmeal, 50-70 g of milk, and half a pumpkin. The concrete preparation method comprises: 1, brewing sea cucumber in 40 DEG C warm water until sea cucumber is soft, scissoring the sea cucumber body, removing viscera and cleaning; 2, putting sea cucumber in a ceramic pot, adding sliced ginger, boiling with large fire, and then boiling with small fire for 30-35 min; 3, taking out sea cucumber, repeatedly replacing cold water for flushing and immersing until sea cucumber is soft, cutting into small blocks (without staining with oil); 4, cleaning lentinus edodes, cleaning pumpkin and removing seeds; 5, together putting sea cucumber, lentinus edodes, oatmeal and milk in pumpkin, and stirring uniformly; and 6, putting the pumpkin stuffed with the food material in a steamer and steaming for 20-30 min, and taking off flame. The stuffed pumpkin with sea cucumber possesses the efficacies of supplementing the center and boosting qi, and nourishing kidney and moistening dryness. The materials are conveniently obtained, preparation is simple, and the stuffed pumpkin with sea cucumber is safe to eat and is nutritious. |
