abstract | Present invention relates particularly to a kind of method for determining content of aluminium powder in titanium tetrachloride suspension.The inventive method is comprised the following steps:A, titanium tetrachloride suspension is taken, suspension is slowly transferred to the container bottom for filling ethanol sample, shaken up, filtered, obtain the first precipitation;B, to first precipitate in add hydrochloric acid, after dissolving add nitric acid and perchloric acid, heating is evaporated, then with dissolving with hydrochloric acid, obtains the first solution;C, in the first solution add molysite after, regulation pH value be 3~4, add cushioning liquid adjustment pH value be 6~6.5, filter to obtain second precipitation;D, to second precipitate in add hydrochloric acid, after dissolving adjust pH value be 9~12, obtain the second solution;E, the second solution is boiled, be cooled to normal temperature, constant volume, filtering takes filtrate, the aluminium content in the second solution is determined using EDTA back titrations, is calculated content of aluminium powder in suspension.Precision of the present invention and the rate of recovery are higher, with very strong practical value. |
