titleOfInvention A method for detecting 10-7-105M low-concentration H2O2 in solution or cells
abstract The invention discloses a method for detecting 10 -7 ~ 10 -5 M low concentration H 2 O 2 in solution or cells, belonging to the field of analytical chemistry. The compound (E)-2-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)vinyl-8-hydroxyquinoline was used as a fluorescent probe for detecting trace amounts of H 2 O 2 . In acetonitrile/H 2 O solution (v/v, 3/2, pH?11), the characteristic fluorescence intensity or absorbance of the probe changes with the concentration of H 2 O 2 , and other coexisting oxidizing or reducing substances do not interfere with the determination. The concentration linear ranges of H 2 O 2 detected by fluorescence method and ultraviolet absorption method were 8.3×10 -7 ~4.3×10 -5 M and 8.5×10 -7 ~5.2×10 -5 ? M, the detection limit is 2.3×10 -8 ? M and 8.9×10 -7 M. Visually detect H 2 O 2 , and the color of the probe solution changes from orange-red to colorless under sunlight and ultraviolet light. H 2 O 2 quenches probe fluorescence in living cells, and intracellular H 2 O 2 is visually detected using fluorescence imaging.
