The method adopts hexafluorobutyl methacrylate (G02) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) as polymerized monomers, 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone ( NMP) as a co-porogen, azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator, in-situ thermally initiated free radical polymerization on a glass substrate, using the phase separation caused by the porogen during the polymerization process on the coating surface and The bulk phase constructs the micro/nano binary rough structure, and adjusts the microstructure of the coating by changing the composition of the reaction mixture, thereby preparing a porous polymer coating with superhydrophobic properties. The method does not require any finishing operations, the preparation process is simple, and the cost is low. The prepared superhydrophobic coating is expected to be widely used in the fields of self-cleaning, oil-water separation, fluid drag reduction, and metal anticorrosion. |
