titleOfInvention | Water quality improver for aquaculture |
abstract | The invention relates to a water quality improver for aquaculture. The water quality improver is a compound mixing agent and comprises microbial strains, a biolgical growth promoter and a carrier gelatin solution. The water quality improver is characterized in that the microbial strains are prepared by mixing the following components in percentage by mass: 25-35% of rhodopseudomonas palustris, 25-35% of bacillus subtilis, 10-15% of denitrified bacteria and 10-15% of lactobacillus; the biological growth promoter is a mixture of two or more of peptone, yeast extract, glucose, compound sodium nitrophenolate, alpha-sodium naphthalene acetate, diethyl aminoethyl acetate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and peanut bran and accounts for 10-15% by mass; the carrier gelatin solution is a 10-20% gelatin solution (the concentration is 3%); the active bacteria numbers of the microbial strains are respectively as follows: 1-2 billion/g of rhodopseudomonas palustris, 1-6 billion/g of bacillus subtilis, 1-3 billion/g of denitrified bacteria and 1-4 billion/g of lactobacillus; and the total active bacteria number of the microbial strains is greater than 12 billion/g, that is, 12x10<9> cfu/g. |
