The invention relates to a composite carrier-supported acidified manganese-cobalt-cerium sulfur-resistant catalyst for low-temperature flue gas denitrification and a preparation method thereof, specifically a low-temperature flue gas NH 3 -SCR denitrification catalyst, which is made of Mn, Co, Ce The metal nitrate is loaded on the TiO 2 /SiO 2 composite carrier prepared by the sol-gel method by the impregnation method, and then the multi-component loaded metal oxide catalyst is obtained by sulphating and roasting.
