The invention provides a preparation method for a sulfated alginic acid modified biological polyester film. With poly-(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate) (P(3,4HB)) as the base material, the preparation method includes the following steps that 1, a P(3,4HB) microporous film is prepared through a dissolution method; 2, the obtained P(3,4HB) microporous film is subjected to ultraviolet graft polymerization, and hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) is introduced so that hydroxyl at a certain density can be generated on the film surface; 3, the HEA graft-modified P(3,4HB) microporous film is crosslinked with sulfated sodium alginate (SAS), and then the sulfated alginic acid modified biological polyester film with carboxyl and sulfonyl enriched on the surface is obtained. The sulfated alginic acid modified P(3,4HB) film prepared through the preparation method has the selective adsorption function on low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and is good in blood compatibility. |
