The preparing method includes the following operation steps of cleaning, wherein impurities on the surface of selected liquorice are removed, and the liquorice is soaked in a saturated salt solution for 12-24 h, taken out and aired; thorough moistening, wherein the aired liquorice is put on rotary screen cloth, the rotary screen cloth is put into a steam cooker and operates without making direct contact with water, and the thorough moistening time is controlled to be 6-7 h; slicing, wherein the liquorice moistened thoroughly is sliced to be 4-6 cm long and aired; tabletting, wherein liquorice slices are put into a pressing mold and tabletted for 5-7 minutes under the pressure of 1000-2000 kkg/cm<2>; drying, wherein the tabletted liquorice is put into a drying box for low-temperature drying. By means of the preparing method, loss of beneficial medicine components in the process of preparing the liquorice into the decoction pieces is effectively reduced, and the whole operation technology is suitable for industrial production and processing and convenient to further apply and popularize. |
