The invention provides an OLED screen body, comprising a substrate and a first electrode layer, an organic luminescent layer and a second electrode layer superimposed on the substrate, an insulating film is arranged between the first electrode layer and the organic luminescent layer layer, the insulating film layer is etched to form parallel or criss-cross light-emitting regions, and the width of each light-emitting region is 5nm-500um. Between the first electrode layer and the organic light-emitting layer, the size of the light-emitting area is limited by an insulating film layer, which reduces the efficiency roll-off of the screen body, and a scattering film layer is added to further improve the brightness of the screen body and the uniformity of light emission of the screen body, thereby preparing OLED screen with higher brightness. |
