titleOfInvention | Signal amplification method for detecting target substances as well as immunochromatographic test paper and apparatus by using signal amplification method |
abstract | The invention discloses a signal amplification method for detecting target substances. The method comprises the following steps: a biomolecule I, a biomolecule II, a biomolecule I...a biomolecule N are respectively and specifically bound to various different substances; the biomolecule I, the biomolecule II, the biomolecule III...the biomolecule N can be bound to any one of a biomolecule A1, a biomolecule A2, a biomolecule A3...a biomolecule An which are coupled with a particle, in order to form a dendritic structure; a biomolecule I', a biomolecule II', a biomolecule III'...a biomolecule N' which can specially be bound to various target substances are used for respectively capturing various target substances on the dendritic structure; wherein N>=2, N'>=2 and n>=1. The invention also discloses a piece of immunochromatographic test paper and an immunochromatographic apparatus by using the method. The signal amplification method for simultaneously detecting a plurality of target substances can detect target substances with high sensitivity, and realize simultaneous detection of a plurality of target substances. |
