titleOfInvention Method for producing aluminium oxide by combination method
abstract The invention discloses a method for producing aluminium oxide by a combination method, and relates to a method for producing aluminium oxide, particularly to improvement of the process method for producing aluminium oxide by the combination method. The method is characterized in that in the production process, kiln smoke formed by clinker calcination and smoke in an aluminium oxide roasting furnace are fed through a decomposition mother liquid for seed decomposition to conduct smoke deep decomposition; aluminium hydroxide obtained through decomposition is subjected to classification, the fine-sized aluminium hydroxide obtained through decomposition is added into a Bayer refined solution to be used as crystal seeds for seed decomposition to conduct seed decomposition; coarse-sized aluminium hydroxide obtained through the decomposition is subjected to aluminium hydroxide washing and aluminium oxide calcination so as to obtain the aluminium oxide product. According to the method, the production process of the calcination method is simplified, the overall decomposition rate of aluminium oxide is improved, smoke heat of the clinker kiln or the aluminium oxide calcination furnace is recycled, energy consumption is greatly reduced, and the production energy consumption and expenditure are reduced.
