titleOfInvention High-frequency electrotome for endoscope
abstract The invention provides a high-frequency electrotome for an endoscope. The high-frequency electrotome comprises a handle part and a flat knife head part, wherein the flat knife head part comprises at least one cutting blade, an insulating block, an insulating sheath, an electrifying wire, at least one needle tubing and a stream guidance tube; the handle part comprises a thumb ring, a handle, a sliding grip, a 6% Luer adapter, an electrode and a guide tube; the insulating block is fixedly arranged at the far end of the insulating sheath; the cutting blade is fixedly arranged on the insulating block and the cutting blade is connected to the electrode of the handle part by virtue of the electrifying wire; and the high-frequency electricity is connected to the electrode, so that the cutting blade is electrified and resection of lesions is achieved at high frequency during an operation. Through the technical scheme above, the knife head part is designed as a flat peaked structure, the knife head part is composed of a perforated insulating body and a metal electrode and an injection needle penetrates through the hole of the insulating body; and the electrotome and the injection needle are integrated on one instrument, so that the number of times for changing the instrument during the operation is reduced, the operation time is shortened, and the pain of patients is relieved.
