abstract Disclosed are a light converter, a lamp and display integrated with the light converter, and a manufacturing method of the light converter. The light converter has a substrate with a layer of first phosphor particles disposed in a region on one surface of the substrate. The thickness of the first layer is approximately one phosphor particle monolayer, and the phosphor particles in the first layer form a uniform dense layer. In these embodiments, the thickness of the substrate is between about 5um to about 500um for flexibility, and in these embodiments between about 0.5mm to 2mm for a rigid profile. The phosphor particles have a weight per eye ranging from about 0.5 mg/cm 2 to about 40 mg/cm 2 . The substrate may include a base layer and an adhesive layer.
