abstract The present invention provides a kind of mixed solvent dissolution preprocessing lignocellulose biomass using ionic liquid and gamma-valerolactone composition, the method for improving its sugar yield.The following steps are included: 1) ionic liquid, gamma-valerolactone, lignocellulose biomass are mixed to form predissolve pretreatment system;2) predissolve mixture system is dissolved by heating, forms solution;3) anti-solvent is added toward solution system, makes wood fiber biomass precipitating, the regeneration of dissolution;4) reconstituted wood cellulose biomass is taken, buffer solution is added and is digested with cellulase and zytase, sugar juice is obtained.The present invention replaces ionic liquid using biology base gamma-valerolactone part, forms mixed system, has simple process, solvent cost is low, easy to operate, solvent can be recycled, and the cellulose, hemicellulose in processed lignocellulosic have many advantages, such as that speed of enzyme hydrolysis is fast, sugar yield is high.
