abstract The present invention discloses a corn papaya honey milk preparation method, wherein five food materials such as 600-650 g of carica papaya, 150-180 ml of fresh milk, 60-100 ml of a coconut juice, 100-150 g of honey and 30-50 g of corn flour are adopted as raw materials. The concrete preparation process comprises: 1, carrying out kernel removing, peel removing and particle cutting on carica papaya so as to be spare; 2, placing corn powder into a ceramic container, adding 50-70 ml of water, and uniformly stirring; 3, injecting 150-200 g of clear water to a ceramic pot, boiling with strong fire, adjusting to a mild fire state, adding the carica papaya particles, fresh milk and a coconut juice, and boiling; 4, gradually adding the uniformly-stirred corn powder to the milk liquid, cooking for 3-5 min while stirring to achieve a thick state, and closing the fire; and 5, adding honey when the temperature is less than 60 DEG C, and uniformly blending so as to be eaten. According to the present invention, with the taking of the corn papaya honey milk, the effects of liver pacifying, stomach regulating, qi benefiting, constipation relieving, beautifying and skin care can be achieved; and compared with the product in the prior art, the product of the present invention has beneficial effects of no chemical component, being the non-antibiotic drug, simple production, and easy taking.
