abstract |
The invention relates to a photovoltaic cell that is translucent to light, comprising a plurality of photovoltaic active areas (1) separated by transparent areas (6), the photovoltaic active areas (1) being arranged on a light transparent substrate (5) formed by a stack of thin layers (2, 3, 4) consisting of at least the following: a transparent electrode (2), an absorber layer (3) and a metal electrode (4);—and The transparent zone (6) is an opening arranged at least in the metal electrode (4) and in the absorber layer (3) for letting the maximum amount of light pass through; it is characterized in that it additionally comprises an electrically conductive collecting grid (8 ), the collecting grid is arranged either in contact with the front electrode (2) for reducing the resistance of the transparent electrode (2), or in contact with the absorber (3) for facilitating the generation of the single cell current collection. |
