A polyol mixture for forming a hard polyurethane foam, which comprises: (A) a polyol component having a hydroxy group value of 100 to 550 mgKOH/g inclusive; (B) a foaming agent comprising at least one hydrohaloolefin-type foaming agent selected from the group consisting of trans-1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro-1-propene and cis-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluoro-2-butene; (C) a catalyst comprising an imidazole-type catalyst represented by formula (I); (D) at least one organic acid selected from the group consisting of succinic acid and glutaric acid; and (E) a foam-controlling agent. A polyurethane foam produced using the polyol mixture according to the present invention can be used suitably as a building material, a heat-insulating material for electric refrigerators, cold storage/freezing warehouses, bathtubs, pipes and the like, a dew condensation preventing material for houses, apartments, pipes for industrial applications and the like, and others. |
