titleOfInvention Novel high-strength concrete
abstract The invention discloses a novel high-strength concrete. The novel high-strength concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 parts of basalt fiber, 2 parts of steel fiber, 3 parts of glass fiber, 100 parts of cement, 140 parts of fly ash, 800 parts of broken stones with a particle size being 10-15 mm, 250 parts of broken stones with the particle size being 15-20 mm, 500 parts of sands, 150 parts of water, 10 parts of bentonite, 0.5 parts of a super-plasticizer, 1 part of an air-entrainer, 0.1 parts of an antifoaming agent, 0.2 parts of rosin soap, 0.02 parts of a tackifier, 0.4 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate and 0.4 parts of calcium stearate. The novel high-strength concrete fully uses the characteristics of the raw materials, so that concrete strength is greatly enhanced, compared with the prior art, the strength of the novel high-strength concrete is enhanced by more than 50%, the novel high-strength concrete can be specially used for pre-casting reinforced concrete hollow square piles, and the prepared square piles has higher bearing capacity of single pile.
