abstract | The invention provides a new application of 7-alkoxy fangchinoline derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in preparing GSK-3beta inhibitors and treating and improving depression symptoms. Compounds 1-8 with the structure of formula (I) show the effect of promoting glycogen synthesis kinase-3beta (GSK-3beta) phosphorylation and further inhibiting activity at cellular and whole animal levels; animal experiment results show that the compounds 1-8 can enhance 5-HT 1A Receptor and melatonin receptor function, inhibiting 5-HT 2A Receptor function, GSK-3beta activity inhibition, and improvement of despair, anhedonia, anxiety and sleep disorder and other depression symptoms. |
