titleOfInvention Positive electrode material and supercapacitor
abstract The invention belongs to the field of capacitors, and in particular relates to a positive electrode material and a supercapacitor. The supercapacitor provided by the invention comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an electrolyte and a diaphragm between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; the positive electrode comprises a positive electrode material; the positive electrode material comprises a capacitive type active material and an embedded metal ion material; the capacitive type active material comprises one or more of amorphous MnO2, alpha-MnO2, beta-MnO2, gamma-MnO2, Na4Mn14O26.9H2O and NaxMnO2.yH2O; x is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 1; y is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 3; and the embedded metal ion material comprises one or more of spinel type manganese dioxide, gamma-MnO2, LiMn2O4, LiCoO2 and Na2FePO4F. The positive electrode of the supercapacitor comprises the capacitive type active material and the embedded metal ion material, so that the supercapacitor is relatively high in specific energy; and experiment results prove that the specific energy of the supercapacitor provided by the invention can reach 45.3 Wh/kg and the corresponding specific power is 19.8 W/kg.
