Red and green quantum dots are prepared into red and green quantum dot inks respectively, and formed by inkjet printing to obtain a color filter layer, which can improve the brightness of the display. and color saturation; at the same time, at least one of the red and green quantum dot inks is an epoxy-based ink. When the epoxy-based ink is not cured, a conductive layer of graphene is formed on it as an electrode. The adhesion between the graphene conductive layer and the color filter layer is greatly improved. In addition, the use of graphene instead of ITO as the conductive layer can alleviate the current problem of low ITO resources and high prices, and the conductivity and penetration of graphene are high.
