titleOfInvention Target-protected dumbbell molecular probe-mediated cascade rolling circle amplification strategy for sensitive detection of DNA methyltransferase activity
abstract The present invention provides a target-protected dumbbell molecular probe-mediated cascade rolling circle amplification strategy for the sensitive detection of DNA methyltransferase activity, based on the target-protected dumbbell molecular probe-mediated cascade rolling circle As an amplification strategy, we developed a novel fluorescent detection system for the analysis of DNA methyltransferase activity. The detection system has excellent specificity and sensitivity, and the detection limit is as low as 0.0024U/mL, which shows potential application value in the quantitative monitoring of methyltransferase activity and the screening of anticancer drugs.
