titleOfInvention Preparation and application of a 2,4-disubstituted heterocyclic triazole compound with ALK and c-Met inhibitory activity
abstract The present invention relates to the preparation and application of 2,4-disubstituted heterocyclic triazole compounds of formula (I), wherein the definitions of R1 and R2 refer to the description. The compound of formula (I) provided by the invention is an inhibitor of ALK and c-Met kinases, which can inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells by blocking signal pathways and terminating downstream signal cascade pathways. The compound of formula (I) can be used as a potential anticancer drug.
