abstract | A high-hardness ABS sheet comprises a decorative layer, a surface layer and a bottom layer, the surface layer is composed of a common extrusion-grade ABS material, the bottom layer is composed of ABS material, and the decorative layer is composed of a coating or baking vanish. After a dyed ABS material, a dyed and modified ABS material or a natural-color ABS material added with a color materbatch is chosen for the surface layer, the color can be uniformly applied as the color of a sheet or an inner liner of refrigeration equipment; the bottom layer employes a high-acrylonitrile-content ABS special-purpose material resisting corrosion of a foaming agent or a ABS special-purpose material with high styrene-acrylonitrile content. The high-hardness ABS sheet possesses extremely good capability of resisting corrosion of multiple foaming agents, pushes popularized usage of mixed foaming agents, thereby reducing PU foam density, saving energy consumption, and generating great economic benefit. |
