abstract | The invention discloses a pressure reduction effervescent tablet comprising the following ingredients: 'duhuangyin' traditional Chinese extract powder, an adhesive, a diluent, an effervescent disintegrant, a lubricant; the 'duhuangyin' traditional Chinese extract powder includes cortex eucommiae, rhizome gastrodiae and radix scutellariae; the adhesive is non-aqueous ethanol solution of 5% polyvinylpyrrolidone; the diluent is lactose; the effervescent disintegrant comprises an acid component and an alkaline component wherein the acid component is citric acid or tartrate, the alkaline component is potassium bicarbonate or sodium bicarbonate; and the lubricant is polyethylene glycol. The effervescent tablet has advantages of obvious therapeutic effect on hypertension patients, short therapeutic period, quick therapeutic effect, safety, non-toxicity and no side effect. |
