The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin itch. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following components by weight: 5 to 15g of calcined alum, 6 to 12g of sophora flavescens, 10 to 15g of acorus tatarinowii, 3 to 5g of cassia twig, 9 to 12g of fried folium mori with honey, 5 to 15g of cortex magnoliae officinalis, 10 to 16g of eclipta alba, 3 to 8g of cortex moutan, 6 to 15g of vaseline, 3 to 7g of radix glehniae and 2 to 5g of cape jasmine.
