titleOfInvention Preparation method of damping rubber material for vehicles
abstract The invention discloses a damping rubber material for vehicles. The damping rubber material is prepared from, by mass, 90-110 parts of a hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber matrix, 10-15 parts of silicate, 3-5 parts of gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 20-22 parts of aramid short fibers, 15-18 parts of magnesium methacrylate, 1-5 parts of a modifying agent, 0.5-1 part of 2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline and 15-18 parts of a mixture of epoxy resin and polydiallyl phthalate. The rubber material has good heat stability and can be widely applied to automobile conveyor belts.
