abstract | The invention discloses low-free toluene diisocyanate trimer with high compatibility curing agent and preparation method thereof.The preparation method is under nitrogen protection; toluene diisocyanate monomer, solvent and antioxidant are put into reaction vessel; beforehand control reaction temperature is at 10-50 DEG C; respectively start reaction when, NCO% be 12 14wt% when, 10 11wt% when catalyst is added portionwise; when NCO is 9.3 10wt%; residual catalyst is added in, and controls 50 100 DEG C of reactions of temperature.Polymerization inhibitor is added in as NCO% to 8.0-9.3wt%, reacts 0.5-1h, then adds in component A, is reacted 2-4 hours, adds in component B, is reacted 1-2 hours, stops reaction, is down to room temperature discharging.Final obtained free TDI is less than 0.5%, dimethylbenzene tolerance and is more than the toluene diisocyanate trimer curing agent that shallow 3, color, quick-drying and performance are stablized. |
