abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a veterinary-use povidone-iodine disinfectant liquid, which belongs to the field of sterilizing and disinfecting agents. The disinfectant liquid is prepared from the raw materials including 16-18% of povidone, 4-4.5% of iodine, 0.5% of a cationic surfactant, 0.5% of a medicinal enhancer and the balanced being deionized water. The preparation method is carried out with a chemical reaction kettle, a filtering machine and a stirring pot as devices and through the steps of performing a complex reaction to the povidone and the elementary iodine and then blending the raw materials. The disinfectant liquid has wide spectrum, high efficiency and long acting time, is toxic-, stimulation- and corrosion-free, can rapidly kill various viruses, comprising eircovims, foot and mouth disease virus, avian influenza virus and Newcastle disease virus, can rapidly kill the pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, mycoplasma and spores, and especially has strong killing effect on non-enveloped virus on which double-chain quaternary ammonium salts do not have significant disinfecting effects. |
