titleOfInvention Composite hawthorn fermented heath-caring beverage and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a composite hawthorn fermented heath-caring beverage which is prepared by uniformly mixing the components including hawthorn juice fermented by pichia pastoris, medicated leaven powder, malt powder, salviae miltiorrhiza powder, semen cassia powder and fructus lycii powder, heating the mixture and mixing the mixture with sugar and a stabilizing agent, and finally packaging the beverage in bottles and performing sterilization to obtain the finish product. In the invention, a test proves that citric acid, which is a main acid in hawthorn juice, cannot be detected while the other acids, such as tartaric acid, malic acid and the like, are greatly reduced in content, so that the hawthorn juice has better taste. By means of addition of the traditional Chinese medicine extracts, the components cooperate with each other, so that the beverage has the effects of promoting digestion, eliminating food accumulation, fortifying spleen and promoting appetite. The beverage is slight in irritation to stomach and is suitable for all people.
