titleOfInvention | A molecular marker related to early body weight gain of Gaoyou duck, its acquisition method and application |
abstract | The invention discloses a molecular marker related to early body weight gain of Gaoyou ducks, a method for obtaining the same and an application thereof. is A or G, and the nucleotide sequence of the GH gene is shown in SEQ ID NO:1. The genomic DNA of Gaoyou duck was amplified by PCR, and the amplified product was sequenced after ligase detection reaction. Molecular markers related to early body weight gain of Gaoyou duck were obtained by sequence analysis. The application of the molecular marker in screening the early weight gain-related traits of Gaoyou ducks can be used for early selection in family breeding, and can also provide molecular basis in matching. The molecular marker of the invention provides a new method for screening the early body weight gain-related traits of Gaoyou ducks. |
