titleOfInvention A kind of biodegradable insulating oil and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention belongs to petrochemical industries more particularly to a kind of biodegradable insulating oil and preparation method thereof.Biodegradable insulating oil provided by the invention is made of material hybrid reaction, and in terms of parts by weight, the material includes:500~800 parts of aliphatic acid;100~200 parts of polyalcohol;0.01~1 part of catalyst; The aliphatic acid includes at least two in valeric acid, caproic acid, enanthic acid, octanoic acid, n-nonanoic acid and capric acid; The polyalcohol includes one or more in zinn glutaric alcohol, trimethylolpropane, monopentaerythritol and dipentaerythritol.Insulating oil provided by the invention is made of specific fatty acid mixed and polyol reaction, has excellent biodegradable, while the insulating oil also shows good dielectric properties. The experimental results showed that 28 days biodegradable rates of insulating oil provided by the invention are 80% or more, breakdown voltage is not less than 70KV.
